I'm sorry to say that you will need to be using only AccountRight v19.8 or later in order for your accounting software to be compatible with Windows 8 and Windows 10. If you are looking at upgrading the operating system on your office network and wish to upgrade your existing software licence to a compatible version of MYOB I can arrange for a quote to be sent out to facilitate said upgrade.

Hi I am sorry to see that you have received that response, I'll raise that matter with the team to make sure that the information provided is correct in future. Just to confirm Accounting v18 is not supported with Windows 8 or Windows 10. This is as per the When we say not supported it means that MYOB has not tested that version of the program on those operating system and therefore can not assist the use of that program on those operating systems. Having said that many clients have got Accounting version 18 installed on those operating system. Curently the only version that is fully supported by MYOB on Windows 10 is the AccountRight 2015.3. If you do have any further enquires don't hesitate to post on the MYOB Community Forum again.
